Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Woovli. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain English for Kenyan business owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Woovli is a product of Rentsleek Ltd, a company incorporated in Kenya (“Rentsleek Ltd trading as Woovli”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using Woovli (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Woovli.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.


2. What Woovli Provides

Woovli provides Lora, an AI-powered assistant that connects to your WhatsApp Business number and handles customer conversations on your behalf. Lora can:

  • Respond to customer enquiries about your products and services
  • Qualify leads and capture customer contact details
  • Take orders and guide customers through M-Pesa payment
  • Book service appointments
  • Send promotional broadcasts to opted-in customers
  • Provide you with a dashboard showing orders, leads, conversations, and analytics

Woovli also gives your business a public storefront page (woovli.com/shop/your-business) where customers can browse your products and services.


3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to operate the business you register on Woovli. Each Woovli account corresponds to one business.

Contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.


4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on whichever plan you choose. No payment card is required to start a trial.

During the trial, Lora is fully active on your WhatsApp number and you have access to all features of your selected plan.

At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using Woovli. If no payment is made, Lora will stop responding to your customers and your dashboard access will be suspended. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, after which it may be deleted.


5. Subscription and Billing

After the free trial, Woovli is a paid subscription service. Plans are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed at woovli.com/pricing.

Payment method:All subscriptions are paid via M-Pesa. We use Safaricom's M-Pesa STK Push — you receive a payment prompt on your phone and confirm with your PIN. There are no automatic deductions; every payment requires your explicit confirmation.

Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Failed payments: If a payment fails or is cancelled, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to retry. After a grace period, Lora will be paused until payment is received.


6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Woovli subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and Lora will remain active until that date.

Refunds: Because Woovli includes a 7-day free trial, we do not offer refunds on paid subscription periods that have already started. If you experience a technical failure that prevented you from using the service, contact us on WhatsApp and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Upgrading or downgrading: You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Woovli only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Kenyan law and WhatsApp Business Policy. The following are strictly prohibited:

WhatsApp spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages. You may only send broadcasts to customers who have previously messaged your WhatsApp number and opted in to receive communications from you.
Deceptive practices: Using Lora to impersonate other businesses, spread false information, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
Illegal goods or services: Using Woovli to sell or promote anything illegal under Kenyan law, including counterfeit goods, unlicensed financial products, or prohibited substances.
Harassment: Using Lora to harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
System abuse: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload Woovli's systems, or using the platform to circumvent WhatsApp's own terms of service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.


8. Your Content and Data

You own the business content you upload to Woovli — your product listings, service descriptions, images, and AI training materials. You grant Woovli a limited licence to use this content to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable Kenyan law.

Customer conversation data (your customers' messages) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your customers' data; Rentsleek Ltd acts as a data processor on your behalf.


9. AI Responses and Accuracy

Lora is powered by AI and responds based on the information you provide — your product catalog, business description, and training material. Lora does not have access to information outside what you configure in your dashboard.

While we work hard to make Lora accurate, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your Lora configuration, monitoring conversations, and correcting any incorrect information in your dashboard. Woovli is not liable for orders placed, payments collected, or commitments made by Lora on your behalf unless caused by a fault in the platform itself.


10. Service Availability

We aim to keep Woovli available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

Woovli depends on third-party services — Meta WhatsApp API and Safaricom M-Pesa — whose availability is outside our control. Outages on these platforms may affect Lora's ability to respond or process payments.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Woovli shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated responses by Lora.
  • Losses resulting from third-party service outages (Meta WhatsApp, Safaricom M-Pesa).
  • Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Woovli shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Woovli after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
