- Your customer orders or books right in the WhatsApp chat.
- Lora sends them the exact amount, either as an M-Pesa prompt they approve with their PIN, or with your Till, Paybill or Pochi details so they pay the usual way.
- The money goes straight to your M-Pesa. Woovli never holds it.
- The order is marked paid in your dashboard automatically when they approve the M-Pesa prompt. If they pay your Till, Paybill or Pochi and send their M-Pesa message or a screenshot, the order shows as payment claimed and you tap Confirm once you've checked it.
