What WhatsApp doesn't allow you to sell
WhatsApp doesn't allow businesses in Kenya to sell these on WhatsApp: medicines (prescription or over-the-counter), alcohol, cigarettes, vapes and shisha, weapons, adult products, dating services, crypto, loans and betting, multi-level marketing, fake or copied goods, and pets or other live animals (farm livestock is fine). Selling them can get your number banned.
